Sthanu contributed to the AzureAD/microsoft-identity-web repository by implementing custom SAML bearer token support in HTTP request headers for the DownstreamApi component. This work involved enabling TryAddWithoutValidation for SAML bearer schemes, allowing compatibility with non-standard header formats often required by downstream API clients. Sthanu reinforced this feature with targeted test coverage to ensure future reliability and prevent regressions. The implementation demonstrated a strong command of .NET, C#, and API integration, particularly in handling authentication flows and secure header parsing.
