Worked on enhancing the checkout flow in the paypal/paypal-checkout-components repository by migrating the integration to the new @paypal/fastlane-sdk-loader, replacing the previous loader to improve both performance and reliability. Focused on front end development using React and JavaScript, the work involved updating key files such as package.json, component.jsx, and component.test.js to ensure seamless adoption of the new SDK. Additionally, maintained code quality by adjusting repository-wide tooling, specifically excluding the .claude directory from prettier checks. This upgrade resulted in a more responsive checkout experience and strengthened the stability of PayPal service integration within the project.
