During May 2025, Tatii Oxo developed a user-facing loading state for the space deletion flow in the lightdash/lightdash repository, focusing on improving reliability and user experience during destructive actions. By introducing an isLoading prop to the DeleteSpaceModal and SpaceModal components, Tatii ensured that users receive clear feedback, progress indication, and prevention of duplicate submissions when deleting a space. This feature was implemented using React and TypeScript, aligning loading patterns with existing UI flows to reduce user uncertainty and potential errors. The work demonstrated a targeted, thoughtful approach to frontend development, though it was limited in scope to a single feature.
