Worked on modernizing the CI/CD tooling for the cdce8p/ha-core repository, focusing on improving release confidence and code quality. Upgraded the Codecov GitHub Action from version 6.0.1 to 7.0.0, which enhanced code coverage reporting and provided more reliable CI feedback. The update was implemented using YAML and integrated seamlessly with existing DevOps workflows, ensuring compatibility and reducing the risk of deprecated tooling. Emphasis was placed on stability, visibility, and maintainability of the pipeline, aligning with quality assurance goals. No additional features or bug fixes were introduced, as the primary objective was to maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure.
