Enhanced editor tooling and scene management to streamline level design and improve startup reliability, while integrating asset management and pathfinding for smoother player interactions. Prioritized maintainability and rapid iteration by establishing a stable Universal Render Pipeline (URP) foundation and refining state management. The work enabled reliable playtesting, efficient QA, and a flexible architecture for future feature expansion.
