Worked on the Submitty/Submitty repository to enhance autograding configurability by developing comprehensive documentation and integration tests for multi-file autograding setups. Leveraged Python and Bash to create functional examples demonstrating #include usage, as well as a deliberately broken fixture to validate error reporting and build error handling. Expanded integration test coverage to support robust debugging and easier instructor workflows, ensuring all in-repo examples passed preprocessing checks using cpp and grading/json_syntax_checker.py. Focused on non-breaking, migration-free improvements that facilitate core debugging efforts, while emphasizing technical documentation, collaborative development, and thorough validation of C/C++ preprocessing within the autograding framework.
