Leveraged Ruby and DevOps skills to ensure the libpq-oauth plugin was reliably built and included in Homebrew bottles when configured with the appropriate options. Added a targeted test assertion to prevent accidental omission of the plugin in future builds, thereby improving build stability and packaging consistency. Documented the changes thoroughly for maintainers, aligning packaging with OAuth requirements. The work centered on foundational enhancements to database authentication workflows, with an emphasis on reliability and maintainability.
