Implemented a temporary bypass to unblock builds by removing R code block markers due to missing Rscript and R dependencies, preventing build failures and enabling downstream processes while a permanent fix is developed. This work is captured in commit 23b7fed33eba09e3cdf6339f49cea2c1b4b22dd9 (fix: temp-r-skip #248).

Delivered doc-page improvements and a navigation fix for the Derechos notebook in NASA-IMPACT/veda-docs for 2025-07. Migrated user-guide headings from HTML to Markdown to enhance readability and maintainability; updated import paths and formatting to align with project standards. Implemented a targeted fix for Derechos sidebar navigation, improving UX and navigation reliability.
