Worked on modernizing the test infrastructure for the Activiti/Activiti repository by upgrading test mocks from deprecated MockBean and SpyBean annotations to the newer MockitoBean, aiming to align with updated Spring Boot testing practices. The effort focused on improving maintainability and compatibility within Java-based test suites. After identifying incompatibilities in the activiti-core module, the changes were thoughtfully rolled back to preserve test stability and prevent regressions. Throughout the process, maintained a green test suite and repository health, demonstrating careful version control and cross-module coordination. Utilized Java, Mockito, and Spring Boot, with a focus on robust testing and infrastructure modernization.
