Addressed garbled output by updating the GIF rendering logic and improving font handling to support a wider range of non-alphabet glyphs. The solution involved careful adjustments to font options and image processing routines, ensuring accurate internationalization and consistent cross-platform results. Leveraged Python and image processing expertise to deliver these improvements across two targeted commits.
