Worked on stabilizing the text messaging user interface in the localsend/localsend repository, focusing on backend and frontend improvements using Dart and Flutter. Addressed a bug where text message size calculations were inaccurate by ensuring content was encoded with UTF-8, resulting in correct sizing within the info dialog. Also resolved an issue where message content was duplicated, preventing it from being written multiple times and improving overall reliability. Validated the end-to-end messaging workflow to enhance user experience and maintained clean, traceable commits aligned with issue tracking. The work demonstrated attention to detail in UI integrity and robust bug resolution practices.
