Worked on Azure/sonic-mgmt.msft and microsoft/sonic-gnmi-dev, delivering features and automation to improve network management workflows. Developed a CLI feature for querying transceiver error status, enhancing observability and diagnosis of interface issues through robust data handling, logging, and test coverage using Go and gNMI. Improved CI/CD reliability by implementing automated GitHub Actions workflows for PR merging, cross-repo syncing, and code analysis, while refining notification systems to reduce mean time to resolution. Addressed workflow configuration bugs and streamlined maintenance by migrating CI/CD processes to the main branch. Demonstrated a focus on backend development, automation, and system programming throughout.
