During March 2026, myjs5 focused on improving UI reliability in the element-plus/element-plus repository by addressing a bug in the Tag component’s icon display. Using CSS and front end development skills, myjs5 removed a conflicting display property from the tag’s icon element, which previously caused the icon and label to wrap onto separate lines. This targeted change in tag.scss preserved the intended inline layout, enhancing readability and user experience across applications using the component.
