Contributed to the metabrainz/picard repository by delivering Malay localization enhancements, focusing on improving accessibility for Malay-speaking users. Worked end-to-end on translation updates using Weblate, ensuring 100% coverage across key components such as AppStream, Constants, and Installer. Utilized JSON and PO file formats to manage and integrate translations directly into the user interface. Collaborated on a deployment commit that streamlined the translation pipeline, supporting a more efficient localization workflow. The work strengthened the project’s readiness for broader distribution and enhanced the user experience for a new language audience, demonstrating depth in i18n, localization, and translation practices.
