During March 2026, Arhidimon contributed to the metabrainz/picard repository by delivering an updated Ukrainian localization for the Picard application. Using Python and the Weblate translation platform, Arhidimon synchronized translation files with the latest UI changes, achieving 85.2% coverage of UI strings and establishing clear metrics for remaining untranslated content. This work broadened accessibility for Ukrainian users and enhanced Picard’s internationalization readiness. The approach involved close collaboration with other contributors and careful progress tracking, ensuring that the localization remained aligned with ongoing UI evolution. The update laid a solid foundation for completing full Ukrainian language support in future sprints.
