Contributed Galician language translations to the jellyfin/jellyfin repository, enhancing accessibility for Galician-speaking users and supporting the project's broader localization strategy. Leveraged JavaScript and Weblate to deliver a complete translation workflow, ensuring seamless integration of new language resources into the Jellyfin core. This work addressed the need for greater inclusivity by expanding the platform’s reach to additional user communities. The contribution involved open source collaboration and demonstrated proficiency in localization and translation processes. By focusing on language accessibility, the developer helped broaden user engagement and laid groundwork for future multilingual support within the open source media server ecosystem.
