Worked on expanding Jellyfin’s accessibility by delivering Russian localization for the jellyfin/jellyfin repository. Focused on internationalization, this effort involved translating core application strings using Weblate and updating JSON-based translation resources to ensure accurate and context-aware language support. The work centered on software development and translation, with attention to maintaining translation quality and consistency across the application. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary objective was to lay a solid foundation for broader localization. This contribution improved the user experience for Russian-speaking users and established a framework for future multilingual support within the Jellyfin project.
