Contributed Maltese localization to the jellyfin/jellyfin repository, delivering a complete set of Maltese UI translations to enhance accessibility for Maltese-speaking users. Established an end-to-end translation workflow by integrating Weblate, enabling ongoing and future localization efforts through a dedicated translation URL. Focused on JSON-based language files, the work streamlined the process for adding new languages and set a foundation for broader internationalization within the project. Leveraged skills in localization, open source contribution, and translation to expand Jellyfin’s reach, ensuring that the platform can better serve a diverse user base and support additional language communities moving forward.
