Worked on the equinor/acidwatch repository to deliver and stabilize automated backend code formatting checks through continuous integration. Developed a GitHub Actions workflow using YAML to run Black linting automatically on pull requests targeting the main branch, ensuring consistent code style and reducing manual review effort. Addressed workflow issues by fixing YAML syntax errors and adjusting configuration for compatibility with Python versions earlier than 3.11, which improved reliability across environments. This work enhanced long-term maintainability by preventing formatting regressions and enabled faster, standardized code reviews, demonstrating proficiency in CI/CD practices, code formatting automation, and workflow management using GitHub Actions.
