During November 2024, Junming Fan updated the Drive Side Bracket CAD asset in the FormulaRacingatUCDavis/FE12_CAD repository to align with an updated drivetrain assembly. Using SolidWorks and applying CAD and CAD Design skills, Junming replaced the outdated bracket with the new EN-1001-AB-Drive Side Bracket.SLDPRT, ensuring the asset matched current design requirements. The work focused on asset hygiene by removing obsolete files and delivering a versioned binary CAD file, supporting a consistent design-to-build workflow. No bugs were reported, reflecting careful integration and readiness for downstream use. The update improved assembly reliability and maintained clear asset lifecycle management.
