During November 2024, Honglin enhanced the frontend of the ScottyLabs/cmucourses repository by updating the course search filter to include Spring 2025, directly supporting upcoming academic planning. This work involved modifying the SESSIONS array within the React-based SemestersOfferedFilter component, ensuring the new semester appeared seamlessly in the user interface. Honglin also refined the Listbox controls with minor CSS and TypeScript adjustments to improve visual consistency and usability. The changes were well-scoped, limited to a single commit, and did not affect backend systems or APIs. Overall, the work demonstrated focused frontend development using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
