The work involved building a reusable React component in TypeScript and JavaScript, featuring an apply URL, close button, and refined UI elements to ensure visual consistency and readability. By ensuring the banner’s state persisted across page loads, the implementation provided a stable user experience and maximized candidate touchpoints throughout the app. The approach emphasized maintainability, enabling future recruitment prompts with minimal effort, and directly supported business goals by streamlining the recruitment funnel and improving user interaction.
