Developed a reusable workflow template for identifying and reporting flaky tests in the Staffbase/gha-workflows repository, focusing on improving CI reliability and cross-team adoption. The solution leveraged GitHub Actions and YAML to create template_flaky_tests.yml, which can be invoked by other workflows and configured with inputs for Slack notifications and repository details. Documentation, including the README and CLA configuration, was updated to guide contributors and facilitate integration. This work streamlined workflow automation and laid the foundation for broader monitoring of flaky tests, reducing CI noise and supporting maintainable continuous integration practices across multiple repositories using established CI/CD methodologies.
