Worked on the Staffbase/gha-workflows repository to enhance CI/CD reliability by upgrading the yamllint-based linting action within GitHub Actions workflows. Focused on improving YAML validation, the work involved updating yamllint to version 1.4.1 and refining input formatting by standardizing the use of double quotes for action-name and target-path parameters. This change reduced flaky linting issues and ensured more consistent enforcement of YAML standards across pull requests. Demonstrated skills in CI/CD pipeline maintenance, YAML configuration, and GitHub Actions optimization, resulting in faster pull request validation and fewer downstream fixes. The work emphasized traceability and robust change management practices.
