During January 2025, Alexander Petrov contributed to the jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repository by delivering a Bulgarian localization update aimed at improving accessibility for Bulgarian-speaking users. He focused on internationalization, utilizing XML and the Weblate localization platform to process and integrate translations efficiently. The work involved updating translation files for both Jellyfin Android and Jellyfin Android TV, ensuring that the user interface is more accessible and user-friendly for the target audience. The changes were non-invasive, affecting only translation content without altering application behavior, and no regressions were reported, reflecting a focused and stable approach to internationalization within the project.
