Later, upgraded the Gul14 port to version 2.13.1, optimizing build times by disabling tests during Meson configuration and ensuring reproducible builds through updated release tags and checksums. Leveraged cmake and Meson to standardize packaging workflows, reduce onboarding friction for users, and enhance the reliability of package distribution within the vcpkg ecosystem.
