Worked on the internetarchive/openlibrary repository to deliver a Progressive Web App Installation Experience Enhancement focused on improving Chrome integration and installer user experience. The project involved updating the PWA manifest using JSON, refreshing and reorganizing desktop and mobile screenshot assets, and aligning visuals with design mockups to create a more consistent and appealing installation flow. Emphasis was placed on UI/UX design and front end development to increase installation conversion rates and perceived app quality. Collaborated with other contributors to ensure code quality and thorough review, laying the groundwork for higher user engagement and retention across devices without addressing critical bugs.
