Worked on the Jellyfin Android TV repository to advance Hungarian localization, achieving 90.9% translation coverage by contributing 573 out of 630 strings through Weblate. Established a structured localization workflow that streamlined translation management and improved maintainability for future cycles. Focused on enhancing the user experience for Hungarian-speaking users, the work aimed to reduce localization-related support issues. Utilized Android development skills and XML to integrate translations efficiently, while also documenting processes and tracking progress for ongoing improvements. The approach emphasized sustainable localization practices, ensuring that future updates to the Jellyfin Android TV app could be managed with greater consistency and clarity.
