Contributed to the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository by implementing audit-grade support for customer-facing name changes, specifically adding the 'customer_facing_name_change' event to the activity log event type enum. This work focused on enhancing compliance and traceability by enabling detailed auditing of workspace customer-facing name updates, supporting governance and incident response needs. The technical approach involved precise enum modeling in YAML and collaborative Git workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to existing systems while improving change-logging telemetry. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on feature development in API event logging and maintaining alignment with compliance requirements.
