Worked on the intercom/Intercom-OpenAPI repository to deliver two new Knowledge Hub API features focused on content search and bulk management. Developed a GET endpoint enabling keyword-based retrieval across articles and snippets, enhancing discoverability for content teams. Introduced a POST endpoint supporting asynchronous bulk actions such as publish, unpublish, and audience segmentation, with per-action schemas and OAuth scope enforcement. Ensured all changes were reflected in the OpenAPI specification and accompanying documentation, aligning tags and response structures for consistency. Emphasized schema correctness and maintainability using YAML, with a technical approach centered on API development, backend design, and clear documentation practices.
