Sebastia focused on restoring and stabilizing OpenBSD package handling within the OpenVoxProject/puppet repository, addressing long-standing issues that had disrupted deployment workflows. By refactoring legacy Ruby code and updating command usage, Sebastia aligned the Puppet provider with current OpenBSD packaging behavior, reducing deployment risk and improving maintainability. The work included enhancing unit test coverage to reflect changes in package naming and verification, which increased regression safety and reliability. Drawing on expertise in DevOps, Puppet internals, and package management, Sebastia delivered a stable workflow for OpenBSD environments, demonstrating depth in refactoring and test-driven development over the course of the month.
