During December 2025, Praveen Reddy enhanced observability in the pegasystems/pega-helm-charts repository by updating Tomcat access log configuration to include session ID and user-agent information. This backend development work, implemented using XML and configuration management skills, improved log parsing and analysis by ensuring consistent, quoted log elements for reliable ingestion and compatibility with tooling. The changes enabled more effective tracing, debugging, and security monitoring across deployments, supporting faster incident resolution and reducing mean time to repair. Praveen collaborated with team members through co-authored commits and cross-team reviews, demonstrating attention to code quality and operational efficiency in deployment environments.
