Worked on enhancing the generative reply workflow in the zendesk/copenhagen_theme repository by implementing a polling-based approach to response handling. This feature improved the reliability and responsiveness of user interactions within the theme, addressing the need for more scalable and maintainable reply logic. The solution was developed using JavaScript and React, leveraging API integration to facilitate seamless communication between the front end and backend services. The code changes were well-documented and scoped to ensure maintainability, focusing on clear commit practices. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering this targeted front end enhancement.
