During the month, contributed to the zendesk/copenhagen_theme repository by delivering two key front end features focused on UI consistency and test reliability. Upgraded the Zendesk Garden UI library to version 9.12.0, enhancing component quality and reducing future upgrade risks while maintaining compatibility with the latest features. Improved the testing infrastructure by introducing a custom render function wrapped with a theme provider, ensuring consistent theming across all tests and reducing flakiness. The work was implemented using React, styled-components, and TypeScript, with an emphasis on maintainable code and robust testing practices. No major bugs were fixed, reflecting overall platform stability.
