During November 2025, contributed to the umap-project/umap repository by developing a feature that enables a configurable logout redirect URL, enhancing the user experience by allowing application settings to determine post-logout navigation. The implementation involved backend development using Django and Python, initially introducing the redirect mechanism and subsequently refactoring the code to reference application settings directly for improved clarity and maintainability. This work was delivered through co-authored commits, reflecting collaborative development practices. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with the focus remaining on feature delivery and code readability, particularly within the umap/views.py component of the project.
