Gabriel Marques developed the DynatraceGrailBackend integration for the jenkinsci/opentelemetry-plugin repository, enabling support for Traces on Grail in SaaS environments. He implemented new backend logic in Java and created Jelly configuration files to support both the Grail and classic Dynatrace backends. Gabriel also refactored existing backend configurations and associated tests, focusing on improving clarity and maintainability. His work included adding visualization support as part of the Dynatrace integration, addressing the need for enhanced observability within Jenkins plugins. Throughout the project, Gabriel applied his expertise in backend development, Jenkins plugin architecture, and observability, delivering a focused and maintainable solution.
