Worked on the UTDallasEPICS/xuchil repository to establish foundational project infrastructure and documentation standards over a two-month period. Focused on project management and documentation using Markdown, the work began with setting up the initial repository structure and creating a high-level README to guide contributors and clarify project context. Subsequently, delivered a comprehensive End-of-Semester Project Submission Guidelines document, outlining requirements for project structure, documentation, and maintainability to support future development and team handoffs. The approach emphasized onboarding efficiency and reproducibility, providing a formal checklist to streamline transitions between cohorts. No functional code changes or bug fixes were included during this period.
