Worked on the google/perfetto repository to deliver a Trace Querying Enhancement focused on improving the reliability and methodology of complex trace investigations. Developed high-fidelity analysis guidelines and a defined execution protocol, structuring the workflow from research through validation to output, ensuring agents accurately locate schemas before drafting queries. Expanded the testing and evaluation frameworks to cover intricate wakeup chain tracing, which supports higher-quality analytics. Incorporated SQL best practices throughout the querying and evaluation process, leveraging skills in data analysis and software development. This work strengthened trace investigation reliability and reduced time-to-insight for large-scale tracing telemetry scenarios using SQL and Markdown.
