Developed an AWS Service Quotas Data Collection Module for the awslabs/cid-framework, focusing on automated cross-account quota data collection and storage. Leveraged AWS CloudFormation and IAM to define infrastructure and permissions, ensuring secure and scalable integration with the existing data collection framework. The module was designed for configurability across different environments, supporting modular and reusable deployment patterns. Python and YAML were used to implement the logic and configuration, enabling seamless orchestration with AWS Lambda and Step Functions. The work enhanced data governance by streamlining quota management, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and framework compatibility rather than bug fixes during the period.
