Worked on the penpot/penpot repository to deliver Dutch localization and accessibility improvements for the frontend, focusing on enhancing the experience for Dutch-speaking users. Leveraged frontend development skills and expertise in internationalization and localization, using PO files to achieve 99.8% translation coverage by updating and clarifying nearly all interface strings. Improved translation metadata and documented the localization workflow to streamline future updates, ensuring maintainability. Accessibility enhancements were aligned with the new Dutch translations, resulting in clearer UI navigation. No bug fixes were recorded during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and process documentation to support ongoing localization work.
