Worked on the jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repository to deliver Slovak language support for the Android TV application, focusing on internationalization and accessibility. Utilized XML and the Weblate translation platform to add 570 out of 591 UI strings, achieving 96.4% coverage and ensuring consistency across the user interface. The approach followed best practices in localization, establishing a workflow that enables future language onboarding and incremental updates. All changes were additive and non-breaking, prioritizing maintainability and user experience. Collaboration with translation teams ensured that the new Slovak translations aligned with design standards and user expectations, enhancing accessibility for Slovak-speaking users.
