Worked on the jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repository to deliver full Slovenian localization for the Jellyfin Android TV application, enabling native language support for Slovenian-speaking users. Utilized XML and Android development skills to translate 589 UI strings, achieving complete coverage and ensuring all interface elements are accessible in Slovenian. Focused on UI/UX design principles to maintain consistency and usability throughout the localized experience. Established a translation pipeline using Weblate, providing end-to-end commit traceability and QA-ready translations. This work laid the foundation for future localization of subtitle settings and playback options, supporting broader accessibility and reducing user friction in targeted markets.
