Worked on expanding the localization capabilities of the pkp/ojs repository by introducing Romanian translations for email templates, aiming to improve accessibility for Romanian-speaking users of the Open Journal Systems platform. Focused on software internationalization and translation, the developer utilized PO files and the Weblate translation pipeline to update and manage email string translations. The work involved translating 39 out of 69 email strings, representing over half of the required content, and committing these updates to the codebase. No bug fixes were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on establishing a robust localization workflow and advancing the translation process.
