Worked on the openconfig/featureprofiles repository to deliver a vendor-specific test improvement for MPLS over UDP on Arista devices. Addressed test flakiness by disabling hardware nexthop proxying within the Go-based testing framework, introducing a dedicated switch-case to handle Arista-specific commands. This approach stabilized FIB-ACK behavior and expanded continuous integration validation coverage for MPLS workflows across multiple vendors. Focused on Go programming, networking, and automated testing, the contribution improved test compatibility and reliability with Arista hardware. The work enabled more consistent test results and facilitated broader vendor validation, reflecting a targeted and technically sound enhancement to the existing test infrastructure.
