Worked on the ministryofjustice/analytical-platform repository to enhance and secure AWS data ingestion workflows using Terraform and HCL. Delivered a DMS ingress policy enhancement that enabled cross-account access by introducing a trusted role ARN, while also standardizing resource naming to align with metadata conventions for improved maintainability. Focused on governance and traceability, all changes were committed with clear references. In the following month, addressed a critical access issue by correcting the IAM policy to reference the precise cica-tempus database ARN, thereby improving DMS ingestion reliability and tightening access controls. Demonstrated attention to policy correctness, security, and operational reliability throughout.
