Worked on CI workflow enhancements for the Staffbase/gha-workflows repository, focusing on improving build reliability and standardization. Developed a TechDocs continuous integration setup that ensured PNPM was installed and available for CI/CD, supporting consistent dependency management and build processes. Later, adjusted the monorepo’s CI by removing the PNPM setup and disabling the package manager cache to align with the repository’s Node.js configuration and caching strategy. These changes improved build determinism and reduced cache-related issues. The work demonstrated practical application of CI/CD principles, GitHub Actions workflow design, and YAML configuration, with attention to monorepo alignment and reproducible builds.
