Worked on the grafana/opentelemetry-ebpf-instrumentation repository to deliver HTTP/2 protocol support for both client and server communications. The implementation introduced an environment variable toggle, allowing teams to enable or disable HTTP/2 during testing, which facilitated safer experimentation and streamlined validation processes. Integration tests were updated to ensure the new protocol functionality was thoroughly validated across both endpoints, enhancing overall test coverage and reliability. The work was carried out using Go, with a focus on backend and API development as well as robust testing practices. No major bugs were addressed during this period, reflecting a focus on feature delivery.
