Worked on stabilizing the continuous integration build system for the Argtable3 port within the microsoft/vcpkg repository, focusing on improving reliability and maintainability. Refactored the build process using CMake and enhanced package management workflows by removing an unnecessary patch file and standardizing release archive handling with vcpkg_download_distfile. Updated the CI baseline to align with these changes, which reduced build flakiness and improved repeatability for Argtable3-related updates. This work resulted in faster validation cycles and easier maintenance for the port, leveraging skills in build system design and package management to strengthen the overall quality and efficiency of the CI process.
