Worked on French localization and accessibility enhancements for the jellyfin/jellyfin-androidtv repository, focusing on improving the Android TV user interface for Francophone audiences. Delivered comprehensive UI translations with 99.8% string coverage using XML and the Weblate translation pipeline, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience for French-speaking users. The approach included updating Android TV UI elements and establishing a scalable localization workflow to support future updates. Emphasized UI/UX design principles and cross-functional collaboration to broaden the app’s user base and streamline onboarding. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and internationalization improvements.
