During the month, contributed to the jellyfin/jellyfin repository by implementing Lithuanian language support, expanding accessibility for Lithuanian-speaking users. This work involved integrating translations sourced from Weblate directly into the Jellyfin core, establishing a sustainable localization workflow for ongoing updates. Leveraging C# development skills and expertise in i18n localization, the developer automated translation integration and ensured per-commit traceability for improved workflow transparency. The addition of Lithuanian UI support not only broadened the product’s reach in Baltic markets but also enhanced the overall quality of localization efforts, supporting collaborative work with translation contributors and strengthening Jellyfin’s internationalization capabilities.
